Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive the sales of interior solutions, including kitchen countertops, wall panels, and commercial lighting. The role is focused on professional, compliant, and responsive service delivery to small, medium, and growing enterprises within the design and construction sector.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, developers, and contractors.
Product Sales & Technical Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical advice on interior products to assist clients in selection and specification.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team to ensure organizational goals are met.
Project Coordination: Oversee the full sales cycle of projects from initial client inquiry to final product delivery.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze information on market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
Reporting & Performance: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales performance and metrics.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the interior design, construction, or building materials industries.
Proven track record and experience working directly with architects and developers.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural or technical drawings is an added advantage.
