We have been recognized twice in a row as the best classifieds platform, offering the highest visibility and returns across various categories and services. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential customers, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction on the Jiji platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize their success through our advertising services.
Key Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell Jiji products and services to existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with Jiji clients to ensure retention.
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
Resolve customer concerns and objections promptly and professionally.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in any relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in Telesales or General Sales.
Strong persuasion and communication skills.
Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on targets.
