Safaricom Investment Co-operative (S.I.C.) was established in 2009 to pursue joint investments for its members, primarily in the real estate sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through revenue generation, membership expansion, and effective property sales. The role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and property inspection to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships, while ensuring compliance with property laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities
Deliver business targets measured by revenues, membership growth, and operational effectiveness.
Provide periodic reports on sales operations and returns to management using CRM systems.
Develop and implement strategies and tactics to achieve set targets.
Communicate with clients to identify their specific property requirements.
Ensure all property sales adhere to Property Laws and SIC's internal Policies and Procedures.
Conduct market surveys to identify competitive pricing for land and housing.
Inspect properties to ensure sales terms and conditions are met before closing.
Coordinate the signing of vital documents and receipt of payments from clients.
Participate in promotional activities across advertisement media and listing services.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for future business opportunities.
Requirements
3-5 years of working experience, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
A Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in client management and revenue growth.
Proficiency in the real estate sales process, negotiation, lead generation, and closing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Digital and AI Marketing skills.
Possession of a client database containing more than 5,000 contacts.
Ability to work under pressure as a team player.
