Sales Executive – Pharmaceutical, Sales & Coordination

Accurex Consultants is seeking a Sales Executive for Pharmaceutical Sales & Coordination. This role focuses on driving business growth within a designated territory by promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining ethical and regulatory standards.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n#### Drive Sales and Achieve Targets\n* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.\n* Develop and execute territory sales plans.\n* Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.\n* Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.\n\n#### Client Acquisition and Relationship Management\n* Identify and onboard new pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.\n* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.\n* Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.\n* Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.\n\n#### Product Promotion and Market Expansion\n* Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and retail outlets.\n* Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions.\n* Identify new market opportunities within the territory.\n* Ensure proper product visibility and availability in outlets.\n\n#### Market Intelligence and Reporting\n* Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.\n* Gather market feedback from customers.\n* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.\n* Provide recommendations to improve market positioning.\n\n#### Regulatory and Ethical Compliance\n* Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations.\n* Adhere to ethical marketing standards.\n* Follow guidelines set by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.\n* Maintain proper documentation of sales and promotional materials.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n* Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.\n* Registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (where applicable).\n* Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred).\n* Valid driving license.\n* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.\n* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply via the company portal at or through the application link .
