Mwananchi Credit Limited is seeking a dynamic leader in financial services with a strong background in Check Off lending to drive loan portfolio growth, generate quality business, and mentor a high-performing sales team at our Machakos branch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives and marketers.
Team Leadership:
Target Achievement: Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Check Off loan portfolio.
Field Operations: Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagement.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfaction.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years' proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance services.
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing productive sales teams.
Performance: Strong track record in portfolio growth, lead conversion, and client retention.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
