Check Off Team Leader - Kisii Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives/marketers.
• Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Check Off loan portfolio in the Kisii region.
• Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes.
• Champion Mwananchi’s values of integrity, accountability, and service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years’ proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance services.
• BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing productive sales teams.
• Strong track record in portfolio growth, lead conversion, and client retention.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
