The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at WeTravel, you will move away from transactional selling to run a disciplined, thoughtful, and proactive sales process. You will represent our product vision confidently and empathetically to high-value accounts.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Ownership: Prospect into and own high-complexity and high-value accounts.
Sales Cycle Management: Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial discovery through to negotiation and closing.
Strategic Discovery: Drive structured discovery sessions with senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong executive relationships with prospects and customers.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Strategic AEs, Core AEs, Sales Engineering, Product, and Enablement teams. Collaborate with other AEs when Enterprise involvement is required on complex deals.
Operations: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
Product Influence: Influence product positioning and feedback loops based on hands-on customer insights.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently progressing complex opportunities through the pipeline.
Deepening and expanding executive relationships in target accounts.
Helping shape and close enterprise deals that drive significant revenue growth.
Contributing to process and playbook improvements for enterprise selling.
Serving as an example of strong execution for peers and cross-functional partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Experience: While experience level is not strictly defined, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage high-complexity sales cycles.
Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
