As a Direct Sales Agent at CDL Human Resource, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing inventory, handling payments, and providing technical support for various data devices.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales: Achieve targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and consignment stock for accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock daily.
Financial Transactions: Handle and receive customer payments through all company-approved payment methods, manage daily cash float, and account for daily sales.
Customer Strategy: Support and implement the customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales.
Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers especially on configuration of data devices.
Principal Outputs for this Role
Revenue: Achieve set targets in Airtime, Routers, Handsets.
Shop Profitability (EBIDTA): Ensure adherence to all briefed-in Retail SOPs (Stock & payments management/operational costs).
Quality Acquisitions: In terms of FRA and ARPU.
Brand Advocacy: Drive Customer Centricity and ensure growth in the Retail Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS).
Customer Escalations: Manage ticketing for customer escalations and offer first-level resolution.
New Business Development: Look for new leads and successfully close them.
