Direct Sales Agent

As a Direct Sales Agent based in Machakos, you will be responsible for driving sales performance for airtime, acquisitions, and various electronic devices. This role involves active lead generation, inventory management, and providing technical support to customers to enhance their overall experience. You will be expected to meet specific revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within the retail environment.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Generate sales as per targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.\n* Monitor inventory and consignment stock daily to ensure accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock.\n* Handle and receive customer payments through all company-approved payment methods, manage daily cash floats, and account for daily sales.\n* Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales and growth in the Retail Customer Satisfaction Index.\n* Offer technical support to customers, especially on the configuration of data devices.\n\n### Principal Outputs\n* Achieve set revenue targets in Airtime, Routers, and Handsets.\n* Ensure shop profitability (EBIDTA) by adhering to briefed Retail SOPs (Stock and payments management/operational costs).\n* Maintain quality acquisitions in terms of FRA and ARPU.\n* Drive Brand NPS and Customer Centricity.\n* Handle ticketing of customer escalations and offer first-level resolutions.\n* Identify and close new business development leads.\n* Document, track, manage, and grow individual customer database portfolios.\n\n### Requirements and Experience\n* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\n* At least 1 year of experience in sales.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply via the CDL Human Resource recruitment portal at which redirects to the official application page on cdl.zohorecruit.com.
