The Direct Sales Agent role in Thika involves driving revenue through the proactive sale of airtime, acquisitions, and devices. This position is responsible for meeting specific sales targets while managing retail operations, inventory, and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales: Meet and exceed targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Control: Monitor consignment stock and inventory movements daily to ensure physical stock matches system records.
Transaction Management: Handle customer payments using approved methods, manage daily cash floats, and account for all sales activities.
Customer Experience Improvement: Support and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty.
Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to customers, particularly regarding the configuration of data devices.
Principal Outputs
Revenue: Achieve set targets in Airtime, Routers, and Handsets.
Shop Profitability (EBIDTA): Adhere to Retail SOPs for stock and payment management and operational costs.
Quality Acquisitions: Focus on FRA and ARPU metrics.
Brand NPS: Drive customer centricity to ensure growth in the Retail Customer Satisfaction Index.
Issue Resolution: Ticket customer escalations and offer first-level resolution.
Business Development: Identify new leads, close sales, and grow the individual customer database portfolio.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales.
