Role Overview
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate records within the company's databases. The role requires high precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining data security and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
Maintain and update records as required.
Organize and file digital and physical documents.
Generate basic reports when requested.
Ensure data confidentiality and security.
Assist other departments with administrative support tasks.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum of KCSE (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education).
High attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in computer systems and databases.
