This role requires a proactive individual capable of providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
Person Specifications
Candidates applying for this role must meet the following qualifications:
Education: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C- (Minus) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Certification: Proficiency certificate for clerical officers.
Specialized Training: Certificate in any of the following disciplines (or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution):
Human Resource Management (HRM)
Business Administration
Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate (KATC)
Supply Chain Management
Kenya Administration and Management Examination (KAME)
Records Management
Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite and data management systems).
Experience (Advantageous): At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in clerical/administrative support roles will be considered an added advantage.
