B2B Sales Executive - Advertising

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management.
• Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ proven B2B sales experience.
• Mandatory experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Hands-on experience using CRM tools.
• Digital marketing experience is an added advantage.
