Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking a Direct Sales Executive (Home Broadband) for the Garissa region. The role is focused on driving the growth of home broadband services through customer acquisition and proactive field marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Customer acquisition and onboarding processes (KYC and customer education on top-ups).
Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned area.
Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding.
Handle the recovery of devices from non-compliant customers.
Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at the first level and report network issues.
Collate target achievements daily.
Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets.
Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and ad-hoc reports as required.
Monitor and report competitor activities.
Provide customer insights and identify/suggest products or services that meet their needs.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives such as roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
1+ years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry (not mandatory).
Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.
Commercial acumen: Understanding of competition, devices, packages, and commission schemes.
Tech-savvy: Understanding of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
