Direct Sales Executive (Home Broadband)

The Direct Sales Executive (Home Broadband) is responsible for driving the expansion of home broadband services in Marsabit through proactive customer acquisition and meticulous onboarding processes. This role ensures that all new customers are correctly registered via KYC procedures and are fully educated on service usage and top-up methods.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Ensure compliance to Customer acquisition and onboarding processes i.e. KYC and customer education on top up.\n- Collaborates with Line Manager to develop, execute and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area.\n- Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding.\n- Recovery of devices from noncompliant customers.\n- Provide first level support with on ground trouble shooting and resolution of customer issues.\n- Escalation of customer issues that cannot be resolved at first level.\n- Escalation of network issues.\n- Daily collation of target achievement.\n- Track and Analysis monthly trends within assigned markets.\n- Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews.\n- Preparation of ad-hoc reports as and when required.\n- Monitor and report competitor activities.\n- Provide customer insights, identifies and suggests products, or services that will meet their needs.\n- Plan and execute on ground marketing initiatives i.e. road shows, estate storms, mall activations.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Graduate degree or Diploma of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.\n- Understanding of telecom/ fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.\n- 1+ years outdoor sales experience preferably in the telecom industry but not mandatory.\n- Commercial acumen- Understanding the competition landscape, devices offered, packages, commission schemes etc.\n- Tech savvy - Needs to understand solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.\n- Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets.\n- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.\n\n### How to Apply\nSend your CV to .
