Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to recruit a Direct Sales Executive (Home Broadband) to be based in Wajir. The primary purpose of this role is to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction within the home broadband sector. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from acquisition to onboarding, while ensuring compliance with KYC procedures and providing essential technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
Acquisition & Onboarding: Ensure strict compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including KYC verification and educating customers on top-up methods.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives within the assigned territory.
SLA Management: Track and maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding customer acquisition and onboarding.
Asset Recovery: Manage the recovery of devices from non-compliant customers.
Customer Support: Provide first-level on-ground troubleshooting and resolve customer issues; escalate complex technical or network issues as necessary.
Reporting & Analysis: Collate daily target achievements, track monthly market trends, and prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and ad-hoc reports.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide customer insights to suggest products or services that meet market needs.
Marketing Execution: Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives, including roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of outdoor sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry (though not mandatory).
Understanding of telecom and fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.
Commercial acumen with an understanding of competition landscapes, device offerings, packages, and commission schemes.
Tech-savvy with an understanding of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
Proven resilience and the ability to deliver against stretch targets.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit.
