Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee and ensure the smooth running of daily warehouse operations.
Customer Service: Deliver exemplary customer service to all stakeholders and clients.
Administration: Maintain proper administration and documentation of warehouse activities.
People Management: Manage and lead the warehouse team effectively.
Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols and compliance standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, cold chain, or a regulated logistics environment.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office software.
Highly creative and autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility.
