Job Description
Cold Solutions Kenya is a leading temperature-controlled warehouse and logistics service provider, offering comprehensive cold chain solutions including storage (ambient to -40°C), blast freezing, and food processing. We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented professionals for the role of Warehouse Associate - MHE Operator. The ideal candidate will be committed to operational excellence, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
Movement of pallets and products within cold rooms, offloading bays, and designated areas.
Inspection of pallet base integrity and wrapping.
Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Comply with all health & safety regulations.
Assist in stock counts.
Requirements
Certification: Certified or proven training in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations.
Experience: 2+ years' experience in warehousing, cold chain, or a regulated logistics environment.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Software.
