Cold Solutions Kenya is a leading temperature-controlled warehouse and logistics service provider. We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who are committed to operational excellence for the Inventory Associate - Operations Admin position. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining accurate processes and compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Inquiries Management & Order Processing: Efficiently handle customer requests and ensure accurate order entry.
Customer Account Management: Maintain and oversee customer records and interactions.
Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of service quality.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure data accuracy in systems, and manage inventory administrative tasks.
Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with established health and safety procedures within the facility.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Software (Excel, Word).
Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
