Job Description
Cold Solutions Kenya is a leading temperature-controlled warehouse and logistics service provider, offering cold chain solutions including storage ranging from ambient to frozen, blast freezing, and food processing. We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who are committed to operational excellence. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining accurate processes and compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
Inspection of products and details of consignments.
Processing of Goods Received and Issue Notes.
Ensuring loading/offloading Turnaround Time (TAT) reports are timely and accurately updated.
Assistance with the retrieval of stock.
Assistance with physical stock counts to maintain inventory integrity.
Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years' experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Software.
