Responsibilities
Customs Documentation & Declaration Processing: Oversee the accurate preparation and filing of customs paperwork.
Customer Account Management: Manage assigned customer accounts effectively as a primary point of contact.
Customer Inquiries Management & Order Processing: Handle client inquiries and manage the end-to-end order processing cycle.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements within the warehouse facility.
Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Proactively resolve customer issues or logistics bottlenecks to ensure high service quality.
Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and internal protocols.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in customs documentation, customer service, or administrative support roles.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Attributes: Highly creative, autonomous, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
