Biodeal Animal Health is an East African company committed to providing support to farmers through quality medicines and local expertise. We are seeking three Veterinary Sales Representatives to develop and manage defined territories within the North Rift region. The role requires consistent field engagement, account development, and driving product movement across agrovet outlets and veterinary channels. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, structured in their approach, and confident in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently visiting agrovets and animal health outlets within the assigned territory.
Opening new retail accounts and securing first purchase orders to expand market presence.
Maintaining and growing existing accounts through regular follow-up and relationship management.
Building professional relationships with veterinarians and breeders.
Negotiating shelf space and improving product visibility in retail outlets.
Monitoring competitor activity within the territory and reporting insights.
Submitting structured daily and weekly field reports.
Driving repeat business through diligent customer relationship management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in Agrovet, Animal Health, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of the North Rift livestock and agrovet market.
Strong follow-up habits and organized territory planning.
Comfort in engaging retailers, veterinary professionals, and livestock stakeholders professionally.
