TVET Trainer - Project Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instructional materials and lesson plans for Project Management courses.
• Facilitate both theoretical and practical training sessions for TVET students.
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and project evaluations to track student progress.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students within the department.
• Collaborate with faculty members to ensure the TVET curriculum remains relevant to industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with TVETA standards and university regulations regarding technical training.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Project Planning & Management or a related field.
• Relevant training experience in a TVET institution or higher learning environment.
• Must possess a valid TVETA (Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority) Training Certification.
• Possession of pedagogical skills will be considered a significant added advantage.
