Role Overview

The TVET Trainers will be responsible for delivering technical and vocational education and training to students, ensuring they acquire both practical skills and theoretical knowledge in Applied Statistics. The role involves curriculum implementation, student assessment, and staying updated with industry trends to prepare students for the modern workforce.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training and instruction in Applied Statistics.
• Prepare and develop training materials and pedagogical tools.
• Evaluate and assess student progress through examinations and practical assignments.
• Maintain records of student performance and attendance.
• Contribute to the development and review of TVET curriculum within the department.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students in their career paths.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Statistics or a related field.
• Relevant training or teaching experience.
• Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) Training Certification.
• Pedagogical skills will be considered a distinct advantage.
