Role Overview
Our client, a leading hotel and hospitality brand, is looking for a results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing tenders and bids, and cultivating robust relationships with clients and partners. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with market insight and leadership to achieve significant business objectives.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategic Planning: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new hospitality trends and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with businesses, community organizations, and vendors to establish referral networks and strategic alliances. Manage all communications to ensure a premium experience pre-, during, and post-engagement.
Digital Marketing & Branding: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and website content creation. Oversee marketing materials to ensure total brand consistency.
Business Development: Formulate and execute plans to expand services and increase market penetration within regional markets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve competitive positioning.
Team Leadership & Performance: Train and supervise the client service and marketing teams. Monitor and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
Operations & Administration: Manage the marketing budget efficiently. Maintain customer databases, communication schedules, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing and business development activities and outcomes for management review.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar strategic or marketing role.
Proven Success: A demonstrable track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
