Job Description
The Luke Hotel is a luxury establishment in Nairobi seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to manage inventory and control costs. The role involves overseeing stocktaking, maintaining accurate records, and providing data-driven insights to management to optimize food and beverage costs and overall profitability.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Overseeing stocktaking and maintenance of precise, accurate inventory records of all items.
Cost Computation: Collect and collate food and beverage stock data and compute costs for management review.
Financial Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, variance analyses, wastage reports, and forecast reports.
Advisory: Provide "red alert" reports and advise management when costs fall outside acceptable ranges.
