Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is looking for motivated individuals to join as Sales Agents in Kibra. KUPA is a registered association that has provided welfare services to Kenyans in both urban and rural settings for over 15 years. The association specifically supports members during bereavement, ensuring they can honor their loved ones with dignity.
This is a performance-based role where successful candidates will be tasked with membership recruitment and promoting the association's welfare services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential members within the Kibra area.
Explain the benefits of KUPA's welfare and insurance-related services to the community.
Register new members and ensure they understand the association's terms and conditions.
Meet and exceed monthly recruitment and sales targets.
Maintain professional and ethical standards when representing KUPA.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with members.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of a KCSE Certificate with a grade of C- (minus) and above.
A Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry will be considered an added advantage.
Possession of a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) is a significant advantage.
