Edenbridge Capital Limited, a non-bank financial services company registered in Kenya, is seeking passionate Sales Agents. We provide loans, guarantees, and insurance products to individuals and small-to-medium businesses. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about protecting people’s futures through real insurance solutions and who thrive on building lasting relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell life insurance products to individual and corporate clients to help them feel secure and confident.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through professional service and follow-ups.
Work towards meeting and exceeding established sales targets and quotas.
Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding life insurance products and tailored solutions.
Contribute to a people-first team culture that focuses on meaningful impact.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Insurance, Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products.
Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
