Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Selling new Policies.
Retaining existing and developing new clients.
Tracking all prospects, leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Preparing timely reports of sales forecasts and field activities.
Maintaining high customer relationships with existing customers.
Gathering market intelligence on insurance matters.
Analyzing business results to review strategies and implement effective control measures.
Ensuring the organization's public image is consistently enhanced.
Renewing existing insurance policies.
Handling and documenting insurance claims.
Performing any other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Academic: Hold a Diploma in a business-related field, social sciences, or equivalent from a recognized university.
Professional: Possess the Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP).
Experience: Must be a fresh graduate from university.
Attributes: Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and being detail-oriented.
