Role Overview
The County Government of Bomet is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Psychological Counsellor II (CPSB 10). The primary purpose of this role is to provide professional psychological support to the community, facilitating mental health wellness through structured counselling sessions and maintaining clinical standards.
Facilitating individual counselling sessions to address various psychological needs.
Maintaining detailed and appropriate clinical records for all clients.
Ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld in all patient interactions.
Requirements for Appointment
A Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling OR a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the Social Sciences with a Post-Graduate Diploma in counselling from a recognized institution.
Must be a registered member of the Kenya Counselling Association (KCA).
