Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain a sterile operating theatre environment.
Assist surgeons during various procedures (scrub and circulating duties).
Monitor patients closely in the pre-, intra-, and post-operation phases.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
Mandatory certification in Perioperative or Theatre Nursing.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in a busy hospital theatre environment.
