Procurement & Supply Chain Trainer

Role Overview

The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and mentorship in procurement and supply chain management. This involves instructing students on both fundamental and advanced concepts, ensuring they are prepared for the professional market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Instruct students on core subjects including Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory, and Contract Management.
• Facilitate learning in specialized areas such as Marketing, Global Logistics, Ethical Sourcing, and Lean Supply Chain.
• Provide mentorship and professional support to students.
• Utilize modern facilities and industry connections to enhance the training experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Academic Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in procurement or logistics roles.
• Teaching: Prior training or teaching experience is considered a significant advantage.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CIPS or KISM are a plus.
• Subject Knowledge: Solid understanding of Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory, Contract Management, Marketing, Global Logistics, Ethical Sourcing, and Lean Supply Chain.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and mentorship skills; a patient and supportive nature.
