Role Overview
Biodeal Laboratories Limited is hiring five Registered Pharmacists to support our Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and GMP Site functions within our manufacturing facility in Nairobi. You will work at the core of our WHO-GMP operations, ensuring compliance, supporting regulatory submissions, reviewing documentation, and guiding teams on proper manufacturing practices. This role is hands-on and responsibility-driven, involving system improvements, process strengthening, and critical decisions that directly impact product quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Support Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and GMP Site functions within the manufacturing facility.
Work at the core of WHO-GMP operations to ensure compliance.
Support regulatory submissions and review technical documentation.
Provide guidance to teams on proper manufacturing practices.
Improve systems and strengthen operational processes.
Make decisions that directly impact product quality and patient safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a Registered Pharmacist (mandatory requirement).
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Possession of a BA, BSc, or HND in Pharmacy or a related field.
High ownership mindset and professional integrity.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
Comfortable working across various departments.
