Job Description
Bridge Talent Management is seeking an Office Admin (Real Estate) to oversee the daily operations of a real estate office. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing various administrative tasks, providing support for property management, and assisting with marketing activities to maintain high organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations: Greet clients and visitors warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to emails promptly. Follow up with clients for feedback and provide updates on new property listings.
Administrative Support: Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Maintain accurate filing systems and organize all property-related documents, including leases and agreements.
Marketing & Promotion: Prepare property listings, design flyers, manage social media accounts, and execute email campaigns.
Property Management: Handle tenant communication, facilitate rent collection, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and address tenant inquiries or complaints.
Coordination: Arrange property showings, open houses, and other real estate events. Assist with real estate transactions by preparing contracts and ensuring all documentation is in order.
Office Operations: Manage general office tasks such as ordering supplies, ensuring office cleanliness, and handling mail.
Financial Records: Perform basic accounting tasks, maintain daily activity data sheets, and support the maintenance of property financial records.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities.
Experience: Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is considered an added advantage.
Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
