Role Overview\nI&M Bank is seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Officer to oversee the post-approval mortgage pipeline. This role is essential for driving the conversion of approved mortgages by managing outstanding conditions and conveyancing matters. The goal is to provide a seamless customer experience through accuracy, timely updates, and efficient disbursement processes.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Facilitate and drive the conversion of the post-approval mortgage pipeline by following up on outstanding loan conditions and pending conveyancing matters.\n* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of mortgage cases post-approval to deliver a seamless experience. Actively engage with customers to expedite fulfillment and maintain high satisfaction levels.\n* Serve as a key contact person between the product teams and post-mortgage approval stakeholders, including internal legal and valuation functions, and credit administration.\n* Support branch staff and sales teams to accelerate disbursement processes and provide ongoing product knowledge to Relationship Managers and clients.\n* Monitor account activity, facility payments, and covenant compliance. Ensure pre-conveyancing conditions are met to support good Turnaround Time (TAT).\n* Achieve operational rigor excellence in all procedures and processes undertaken to ensure satisfactory audit results.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* A University degree in an analytical or business course (e.g., Commerce, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Mathematics). A Masters’ degree and professional qualifications in a relevant field are an added advantage.\n* At least four (4) years’ experience in the banking industry.\n* Proven experience in real estate/project/construction financing with specific knowledge of mortgage financing products and processes.\n* Good understanding of Banking Operations, credit policies, and procedures.\n* Energetic and dynamic personality with strong relationship management, collaborative, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified?
