Role Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support day-to-day HR operations within a structured work environment. This opportunity is ideal for a finalist awaiting graduation or a recent graduate (not more than one year since graduation) who is looking to gain practical HR experience and develop professionally. Preference will be given to candidates residing near the job location.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment processes including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
Assist in onboarding and orientation processes.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Support payroll documentation and statutory filing preparation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Assist in preparing HR reports and correspondence.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management or a related qualification.
Candidate Status: Finalist awaiting graduation OR recent graduate (not more than one year since graduation).
Language Proficiency: Good command of both written and spoken English (Mandatory).
Technical Skills: Computer literacy is mandatory (MS Word, Excel, Email usage).
Residency: Must be a resident of Donholm, Umoja, Pipeline, Jogoo Road, South B, or other areas surrounding Industrial Area.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, high level of integrity, and willingness to learn and grow in a professional HR environment.
