As a Health Records Trainer at Kisiwa Technical Institute, you will be responsible for delivering technical instruction and educational support to students specializing in health records management. Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on technical subjects within the Health Records curriculum.
Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure learning objectives are met.
Supervise students during their Industrial Attachment to facilitate practical application of classroom knowledge.
Undertake research in the respective training area to keep the curriculum aligned with modern industry practices.
Design curriculum and training materials tailored to specific needs and learning objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Health Records.
A professional Certificate in Pedagogy.
Mandatory registration with the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA).
