Key Responsibilities
Technical Instruction: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on technical subjects within the Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy curriculum.
Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and practical examinations.
Supervision: Oversee and mentor students during their Industrial Attachment to ensure they gain relevant practical experience.
Research: Undertake research in the respective training area to keep the curriculum aligned with modern industry trends.
Curriculum Development: Design curriculum and training materials tailored to specific learning objectives and student needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma in Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy.
A Certificate in pedagogy (teaching methods).
Must be registered with the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA).
