Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their entire stay.
Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports and maintain professional communications.
Create a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Uphold high-quality standards regarding uniform, personal appearance, and professional conduct.
Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting/carrying objects up to 10 pounds.
Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office role.
Environment: Preferred experience in a hotel or luxury service environment, with 4- or 5-star hotel experience being highly desirable.
