Global Finance Manager — Accounting & ERP

Our Axmates are dedicated to pioneering breakthroughs that transform lives and increase access to pharmaceutical products across Low and Middle Income Countries.\n\n### Role Overview\nThe Global Finance Manager — Accounting & ERP will act as the finance lead for system deployments, oversee global accounting operations, and manage month-end reporting processes across multiple international entities.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n\n* Act as finance lead and SME for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployment.\n* Support ERP implementation phases including UAT, configuration validation, and go-live readiness.\n* Ensure accounting logic, chart of accounts, and reporting structures are correctly embedded.\n* Partner with IT to improve financial reporting, data integrity, and system usability.\n\n\n* Own and maintain the general ledger across multiple entities and company codes.\n* Post and review key accounting entries (revenue, COGS, accruals, intercompany, prepayments) under IFRS.\n* Ensure accurate multi-entity and multi-currency accounting treatment.\n\n\n* Support and improve the global month-end close process, reducing timelines and errors.\n* Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across all entities.\n* Maintain supporting schedules and ensure audit-ready documentation.\n\n\n* Review and validate work from external accounting providers across jurisdictions.\n* Ensure consistency in accounting treatment and identify discrepancies.\n* Gradually transition outsourced accounting (starting with Switzerland) in-house.\n\n\n* Improve accounting workflows, controls, and reconciliation processes.\n* Build scalable processes suitable for a growing multi-entity organisation.\n* Contribute to the evolution of Axmed’s global finance operating model.\n\n### Requirements\n* Experienced accountant with hands-on ownership of financial operations in a multi-entity environment.\n* Strong IFRS knowledge with proven general ledger ownership, reconciliations, and month-end close.\n* Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, including intercompany transactions.\n* Direct involvement in ERP implementation (e.g. UAT, go-live, super user), ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O or similar.\n* Experience working with and reviewing external accounting providers across multiple jurisdictions.\n* Background in shared services, BPO, or multinational finance environments.\n* Systems-oriented, detail-driven, and focused on improving processes and efficiency.\n* Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones.\n* BA/BSc/HND qualification.
