Front Desk Officers

Bristol Park Hospital has been in operation since 2008 and has continued to serve residents of Embakasi and the rest of Nairobi with excellence in healthcare delivery. We pride ourselves in our personalized care with uttermost integrity and respect for our clients. We are currently looking for Front Desk Officers to join our team, including at our new branch in Utawala.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors upon arrival and provide necessary assistance.
• Manage patient registration and maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate patient flow and appointments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries about hospital services.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff.

Requirements

• Relevant academic and professional qualifications (BA/BSc/HND).
• Valid practicing license (where applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage.
