Divine Caterers Ltd is a food catering company, specializing in cooking for all types of events, including weddings, "before the wedding" functions, parties, conferences, corporate and office functions, birthday parties, and launches.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to shape the future of food and beverage in one of Kenya's premier fast-growing catering companies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including on-site catering events and service at different locations.
- Manage, train, and supervise service teams, ensuring consistent standards across all deployment points.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring timely delivery, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health compliance in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow during events and daily operations.
- Handle client communication, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and submit reports on event performance and operational efficiency to management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hospitality management, with exposure to events management.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple teams across different locations.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
