Job Description

MGA Schools is a leading institution in the education sector dedicated to providing a holistic education and a unique learning experience for students. Our mission is to teach children how to unlock their God-given potential through our four core pillars: Academic pillar, Character formation, and others.

We are looking for a committed team of educators to join us. This role involves teaching English, Social Studies (SST), Christian Religious Education (CRE), and Pre-Technical subjects at the Junior School level.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in English, SST, CRE, and Pre-Technical subjects to Junior School students.
Implement holistic education strategies that align with the school's unique learning experience.
Foster character development and academic excellence as part of the school's core pillars.
Help students identify and unlock their God-given potential through mentorship and effective teaching.
Participate in school activities and contribute to the growth of the academic community.
Manage classroom environments to ensure effective learning and student discipline.

Requirements

Must possess a BA, BSc, or HND in Education or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Junior School curriculum for the specified subjects (English, SST/CRE, Pre-Technical).
Commitment to character formation and holistic education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching Junior School level students.
