Job Description
Nexus Staffing Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital content across social media platforms. The role involves supporting online marketing campaigns, driving organic engagement, and focusing on lead generation to enhance the brand's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Graphic Design: Design professional graphics and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
Content Management: Schedule and manage content calendars across various social media platforms.
Engagement Growth: Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically through strategic interactions.
Google Marketing: Support Google Marketing activities, including Google Ads, basic SEO, and analytics tracking.
Reporting: Monitor social media performance and prepare simple, concise performance reports.
Web Support: Assist with website updates and the posting of job advertisements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Marketing tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of current social media platforms and digital trends.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, plus strong organizational and time management skills.
