RUPSA SACCO, formerly known as P.C.E.A Ruiru Sacco Society, is licensed and regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) as a Non-withdrawable Deposit-Taking Sacco. Dedicated to uplifting the economic and social well-being of our members, we are looking for a professional Customer Support individual to join our team.
The Customer Support role is essential in maintaining high service standards by addressing member needs, providing accurate product information, and resolving concerns professionally to ensure member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Provide accurate information regarding SACCO products and services to members and prospective clients.
Manage member interactions efficiently across various communication channels.
Multitask and manage time effectively within a fast-paced service environment.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure service excellence.
Adapt to and learn new systems and organizational processes as required.
Maintain strong organizational standards in member service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication, or a related field.
Communication: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Problem Solving: Good problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Attributes: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well within a team.
Development: Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
