This role serves as a bridge between the company and its clients, particularly within the manufacturing and construction sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing technical product information, and supporting sales efforts to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Provide technical support and detailed product information to customers, leveraging knowledge in civil engineering or construction materials.
Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate technical solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
Collaborate closely with the manufacturing and sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment and address customer requirements.
Handle administrative tasks related to customer service and sales processing efficiently.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Background: A certificate or background in Civil Engineering or Building Construction is highly preferred to facilitate technical product support.
Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service or sales roles.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience within the manufacturing or construction sector is considered a significant advantage.
