This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Laundry & Floor Cleaning Solutions Category Manager. The role involves overseeing the product category, managing supplier relationships, and providing excellent account management. The incumbent will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales, handle procurement processes, and address customer needs effectively in the commercial laundry and floor cleaning solutions sector.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the commercial laundry and floor cleaning solutions product category.
Manage and cultivate relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality products and services.
Provide effective account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales processes.
Handle procurement processes and execute vendor negotiations.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet market demands.
Address customer needs and resolve inquiries within the commercial laundry and cleaning sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s and MBA degree in Engineering / Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and suppliers.
Proven track record in sales and account management with the ability to drive revenue growth.
Experience in purchasing and vendor negotiations.
Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to meet market demands.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in relevant tools and software used in sales or procurement.
Experience or knowledge in the commercial cleaning or industrial solutions sector is an advantage.
