Chief Delivery Officer

Blue Ventures is looking for a Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role is accountable for delivering the impact of Blue Ventures' fisheries and marine conservation programme at scale, with a specific focus on implementation through frontline partners. As part of a distributed leadership model, the CDO provides expert executive leadership, enabling regional and country teams to deliver high-quality programming and achieve scale ambitions.
