As the Business Development Manager at ITM Kenya Ltd, you will lead business growth initiatives focusing on HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and talent solutions. Your primary objective is to identify new market opportunities and expand a robust client portfolio across various sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing country-level sales strategies that align with regional growth goals while building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams on proposals and pricing to ensure service excellence and provide critical sales intelligence and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead business development in HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and talent solutions.
Identify new opportunities and grow a robust client portfolio across sectors.
Develop and execute country-level sales strategies aligned with regional growth goals.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and service excellence.
Provide timely sales intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management or a related field (master’s preferred).
Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B sales or HR services, with 3+ years in a leadership/client-facing role.
Proven knowledge of Kenya’s HR, labour, and compliance environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategy execution skills.
Strong financial acumen, with ability to interpret budgets, pricing models, and revenue pipelines.
Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.
