Delta Energy Systems is a specialist in developing customized and standardized power supply solutions for demanding applications in the automotive, industrial, medical, data center, and communication sectors. We are seeking a results-driven, proactive, and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, building lasting client relationships, and identifying strategic growth opportunities, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Gather and share strategic market insights to help shape products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
Experience in the energy or technical sectors is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
